As an American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) Certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach, Adeline Driscoll guides clients through the process of lifestyle change toward enhanced well-being.

Formerly as a co-owner of Personal Edge Fitness (Long Island, NY), she created sessions to meet the specific needs of each client. Their fitness and nutrition training successfully helped them to live their unique lives and experience the following outcomes:

  • climbing the pyramids in Egypt
  • recovering quickly from double knee replacement surgery
  • playing baseball with grandkids rather than being a spectator…much to their delight!
  • being part of the crew while sailing rather than just going along for the ride
  • improving balance and coordination following brain surgery
  • eating for nutrition, good health and energy rather than dieting for weight-loss (which resulted in dropping 50 pounds!)
  • beginning and sustaining a fitness program at age 50
  • increasing bone density to avoid having to take medications
  • an obese teenager exercised to her favorite CDs, resulting in her ability to pass the Presidential Physical Fitness test for the first time and playing flag football because she really wanted to
